General terms of business for our property cleaning services
1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, contracts and services provided by INT3RNET – Thomas Linder in the field of property cleaning (roof, facade and stone surface cleaning) towards consumers and business customers.
2. Quotes and conclusion of contract
Quotes are free of charge and non-binding until accepted. A contract is concluded once the customer accepts the written quote in text form or the service is commissioned in another verifiable way. Quoted prices are based on the property details provided by the customer.
3. Scope of services
The scope of work follows the accepted quote. Additional work that only becomes apparent during execution (for example hidden damage or a substantially higher degree of soiling) is agreed separately before it is carried out.
4. Customer obligations
The customer ensures access to the property, water and power connections where required, and free set-up areas for equipment. Sensitive objects, plants and furniture in the working area should be reported in advance so that suitable protective measures can be taken.
5. Scheduling and delays
Appointments are agreed individually. Cleaning work depends on the weather; if work cannot be carried out safely or effectively, a replacement date is agreed without additional cost.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in EUR (or CHF for services in Switzerland) plus statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details and the withdrawal form are set out in our withdrawal notice.
8. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rules apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Pre-existing damage to surfaces that becomes visible only after cleaning does not constitute a defect in our service.
9. Partner companies
Services may be carried out by qualified regional partner companies. The contractual partner and point of contact for the customer remains as stated in the quote.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
