Can render facades be cleaned without damage?+
Yes. Render is cleaned with low pressure and, if required, a suitable cleaning agent. We always test an inconspicuous area first.
Does the algae growth come back?+
Shaded and north-facing walls regrow faster. An impregnation or biocide treatment considerably delays new growth.
Do you need scaffolding?+
Not usually. For most buildings we work with lifting platforms or telescopic lances; scaffolding is only needed for complex facades.
Is facade cleaning cheaper than repainting?+
In most cases yes — cleaning typically costs a fraction of a full repaint and can postpone it by years.
Do you also clean commercial halls?+
Yes, including large industrial and logistics facades. Work can be scheduled outside operating hours.
